Common high-pressure reactor corrosion prevention and control measures
Common high-pressure reactor corrosion prevention and control measures
1、For pore corrosion problem: The rationality of the design and the suitability of the material selection of the high-pressure reactor should be fully considered, and the space where the corrosive medium is easily retained should be reduced as much as possible to increase the fluidity of the medium in the reactor.
2, for the lower head stress corrosion: should remove the jacket on the reactor or improve the jacket structure, the concentration of chloride ions in the jacket water should be low, and the high-pressure reactor should be shot peening treatment.
3, corrosion of high-pressure stainless steel reactor: stainless steel specimens should be anodized for experiments to passivate the stainless steel surface and reduce the surface inhomogeneity.
4、For the corrosion problem of autoclave: organic coating should be applied to the reactor for corrosion protection.
