Magnetic reactor function
Magnetic reaction kettle adopts static seal structure, and magnetic coupling is used to connect between stirrer and motor transmission. Due to its contactless transmission torque, static seal replaces dynamic seal, which can solve the leakage problem that cannot be solved by mechanical seal and packing seal before, so that the whole medium each stirring part is working in a sealed state.
Magnetic reactor is mainly composed of heating furnace, kettle body, kettle cover, magnetic stirrer and other parts.
(1) Heating furnace, used to heat the reactor body, outside the cylinder-shaped furnace body is equipped with a cylinder-shaped silicon core, heating resistance wire through the connection, with good heat transfer effect, fast heating, etc., the lower side of the furnace body is equipped with a socket, use cable to connect it to the control instrument.
(2) Reactor body, mainly for material reaction, is made of TA2. The reaction body and flange are threaded together, and the seal between the reaction body and the cover is sealed by a heatless piece of garden arc and tapered line, relying on high processing precision and the tightening force of the main bolt to achieve the sealing effect.
(3) Kettle cover, the main part of the magnetic reactor, the material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti, the cover is equipped with magnetic stirrer, pressure gauge, burst valve, gas valve, sampling valve and cooling coil and other devices, all of which are convenient to grasp the situation of material reaction in the magnetic reactor at any time, adjust the material composition, ratio, temperature and pressure in the magnetic reactor to ensure the safe operation of the magnetic reactor.
(4) The magnetic stirrer is a permanent magnetic coupling device, which consists of inner and outer ring magnets with a pressure-bearing sleeve in the middle. The servo motor transmits the stirring torque through the magnetic force of the inner and outer magnets, and the sleeve is equipped with a speed measuring element.
